18-19 November 2014 – Upon the initiative of the OSCE office in Yerevan, the delegation of the Geneva Centre for Democratic Control of Armed Forces headed by Dr. Philipp Fluri, Deputy Director of DCAF, visited the RoA Police Educational Complex. The visit aimed at holding training course on “Prevention of Domestic Violence and Juvenile Crime” in the Police Educational Complex. The course was attended by police officers from relevant police units. In his opening remarks, Lieutenant-General Hovhannes Varyan wished the participants effective and fruitful work.
