October 23-25, 2014 – By the invitation of the Head of the RoA Police Educational Complex, the delegation of Mogilev Institute of the MIA of Belarus was in Yerevan. The delegation was composed of Major General Valerie Polishyuk, Head of the Mogilev Institute, Lieutenant Colonel Yuri Shkaplerov, Deputy Chief on scientific works, Colonel Alexander Yermolaev, Head of the Educational-methodological Division of the Mogilev Institute.

On October 24, in the RoA Police Educational Complex held the official ceremony of signing protocol on Cooperation which was attended by the Police Major General Gagik  Hambardzumyan, Deputy Head of Police of the RoA, Lieutenant General Hovh. Varyan, Head of the RoA Police Educational Complex, high-ranking officials and faculty members of the Educational Complex. Mr. G. Hambardzumyan made an opening speech emphasizing the significance and importance of enlargement of international cooperation.

The members of the delegation were awarded medals on behalf of Lieutenant General V. Gasparyan.
