The activities dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide were multifaceted both at the RoA Police and the Police Educational Complex. The final outcome of the activities was the construction of a historical memorial by sculptor and folk master Ruben Nalbandyan, who demonstrating thoughtfulness as a true Armenian and a human being, given the minimal financial means, built a memorial for the Educational Complex that stands out with its unique solutions and symbols.

Appreciating such an act of the devoted Armenian, Lieutenant General V. Gasparyan, Head of the RoA Police, awarded Ruben Nalbandyan with a medal for "Strengthening Cooperation", which was the highest appreciation and, of course, it will further boost his creative mind.
