November 2016 - The 2^nd issue of the “BULWARK OF LAW” scientific-methodical journal was published in the RoA Police Educational Complex. Referring to the content of the journal, it should be noted that from 11 to 13 October 2016 the International Scientific Practical Conference on “Criminal Legal, Criminological and Forensic Aspects of Combat against Illicit Drug Turnover” hosted by the RoA Police Educational Complex. The conference was attended by the representatives of the RoA Police Educational Complex, higher educational institutions of Volgograd, Krasnodar, Management Academy, Belarus, Georgia, Poland and Ukraine, as well as  representatives of the General Department for Combat against Organized Crime of the Armenian police, General Prosecutor’s Office of Armenia, National Security Service, Penitentiary Department of the Armenian Ministry of Justice, Republican Centre of Narcology, National Bureau of Expertise, who represented  features and directions of Combat against Illicit Drug Turnover in their countries and departments.

Highlighting the relevance of the topic and necessity to present it to a wider audience, the reports that generated great interest are included in the 2^nd issue of the “BULWARK OF LAW” scientific-methodical journal.
