From 14-22 of May the delegation of the Educational Complex of Police of the Republic of Armenia had a business trip to the city Fort Worth of the State of Texas of the USA in order to participate in the annual conference of the International association of leaders of law enforcement agencies (IALDEST) by the order of the Head of Police of RA and with support of ICITAP (International criminal investigative training assistance program).

Delegation members were Head of the Educational Complex of Police of RA, police colonel Manuk Muradyan, the first Deputy Head of the Educational Complex, police lieutenant colonel Misak Markosyan and Head of the Training Center, police colonel Armen Sukiasyan, as well as representatives of ICITAP Armenian office. During the conference the discussions were held on leadership in the law enforcement field, psychological health of police officers and criteria of physical preparedness, victim-centered approaches while investigating cases of Human Trafficking, scenario-based education methodology and several other issues.

Delegation of the Educational Complex visited the Police Academy of the city Houston of Texas of the USA, meeting with the Head of the Police Department of Houston, as well as with the staff of the Academy, getting acquainted with the subdivisions of the Academy,  technical equipment, ongoing training programs, teaching methodology, as well as presented at the theoretical and practical lessons.
