17 to 21 October 2016 - In the framework of the Eastern Partnership Police Cooperation program, a workshop on “Professional Ethics and Fight against Corruption” took place at the RoA Police Educational Complex designed for the police officers of relevant police units. The workshop was delivered by Polish experts Robert Opozda, Katarzyna Salachna-Konstanczuk and Beata Buczek.

In his opening remarks Colonel Tigran Yesayan, Deputy Head of the Police Educational Complex, welcomed the participants and expressed hope that the knowledge gained would be effectively applied in their daily work activities.

The Polish experts presented the structure of the Polish police, hiring process, ethics as well as the structure and practices of the agencies responsible for police internal control. The knowledge gained was consolidated by practical group exercises. 

Upon the end of the event, the participants were awarded certificates.
