October 2-4, 2014 – Within the International Cooperation the delegation of the RoA Police Educational Complex travelled to Volgograd MIA Academy. The delegation headed by police Lieutenant Colonel M. Semerjyan, Head of Faculty of Law OIA and Criminology Department, as well as police Lieutenant Colonel S. Margaryan, senior lecturer in the same Department.

During the visit, the delegation participated in scientific and practical seminar of “Practice of combating crime and comparative analysis of legal systems in Russian Federation and Republic of Armenia.” During the opening ceremony of the seminar greeting speech was made by police Lieutenant Colonel M. Semerjyan, and police Lieutenant Colonel S. Margaryan delivered a speech on “The Development of Criminology in RA.”

Police Major General V.I. Tretyakov, Chief of Volgograd Academy, by sending greetings to police Lieutenant General H. Varyan, Head of the RoA Police Educational Complex, expressed readiness to expand cooperation in training of policemen of the educational institutions.
