18 -19 June 2014 – The representatives of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces participated in a delegation to Yerevan.

In the framework of the annual cooperation program 2014, signed by the Armenian Police and the Centre, the delegation members visited the RoA Police Educational Complex to be updated on the police education system in Armenia.

During the meeting with the Head of the Police Educational Complex, Lieutenant General Hovh.Varyan, the delegation members were briefed on the history of the Educational Complex and its academic programs. The possibility of providing the Educational Complex with technical equipment was also discussed.

At the end of the meeting the delegates expressed the hope that the cooperation with the Educational Complex would be strengthened further.
