May 27, 2015 – Books donation solemn ceremony was held at the reading hall of the RoA Police Educational Complex. Artash Arakelyan, the Faculty of Law, Bachelors degree, first year, full time, free of charge student of the RoA Police Educational Complex, donated a hundred and twenty books from his personal library to the library of the RoA Police Educational Complex.

The ceremony was attended by the Police Colonel Tigran Yesayan, First Deputy Head of the RoA Police Educational Complex, the teaching staff and the students. Artashes Arakelyan in his speech mentioned that for him the Police Educational Complex has become a familiar educational institution, and that donating books from his personal library he wants to express his gratitude for providing high-quality education and care. A speech was made by Colonel T. Yesayan. He mentioned that the donation of books by the student of the Educational Complex is worthy of encouragement and awarded Ashot Arakelyan with Appreciation Certificate of the Educational Complex.
