2 December 2016 - Moot Court on "Criminal Legal rating of murder" was organized by the Criminal Law and Criminology Department, Faculty of Law of the RoA Police Educational Complex Academy.

The participants of the Moot Court are the students of the Crime and Punishment Issues research scientific group, which is adjacent to the Criminal Law and Criminology Department, Faculty of Law of the RoA Police Educational Complex Academy.

After watching a video, members of the scientific group were randomly divided into three groups: prosecutors, defenders and judges, and after the initial discussion each of the parties expressed its legal position on the presented case.

At the end of the scientific group session organized a discussion on the legal assessment of the case, as well as the gaps of the Moot Court participants, the strong and weak sides of their presentations.
