BackWorkshop on "The study of new methods for combating cyber crime" by Polish experts
29 November to 2 December 2016 - In the framework of the Eastern Partnership Police Cooperation program, Polish experts again hosted the RoA Police Educational Complex to hold a workshop on "The study of new methods for combating cyber crime".
Welcoming remarks were delivered by Colonel Tigran Yesayan, First Deputy Head of the Police Educational Complex, who attached great importance of Police cooperation with European countries and expressed hope that the gained knowledge would be effectively applied in their daily work activities.
Police Major Norayr Abgaryan, Deputy Head of the International Police Cooperation Division of Police Headquarters, presented the European Commission supported Eastern Partnership Police Cooperation Program which is intended for the 2015-2017. The aim of program is to foster the development of cooperation between the police forces of the European Union and Eastern Partnership countries, in particular in the fight against transnational crime.
Upon the end of the event, the participants were awarded certificates of completion.
