From 30 November to 3 December 2016 – The delegation of the RoA Police Educational Complex, Colonel Garegin Malkhasyan, Deputy Head of the Police Educational Complex on Human Resource Management and Lieutenant Colonel Artur Sargsyan, Associate Professor at the Social Sciences and Psychology Chair of the Educational Complex College, headed by Lieutenant-General Hovh. Varyan, Head of the Police Educational Complex, visited Moscow by the invitation of the Moscow University of the Russian Interior Ministry after Kikot.

On November 30, the delegation of the RoA Police Educational Complex participated in the International Conference on "Legal Education of Youth: Family and Society" organized by the Moscow University of the Russian Interior Ministry after Kikot where   Associate Professor A. Sargsyan delivered a speech.

The next day, a meeting was held between Lieutenant-General I.A. Kalinichenko, Head of the Moscow University of the Russian Interior Ministry after Kikot and Lieutenant-General Hovh. Varyan, Head of the Police Educational Complex, followed by the signing of the Protocol of Cooperation between the educational institutions. Then the host institution gave an in-depth presentation on the structure, material and technical base, educational programs of the university as well as prospective directions of development. 

From December 5 to 8 – The delegation of the Educational Complex was hosted by the St. Petersburg University of the Russian Interior Ministry receiving a warm welcome. Accompanied by the University Head Lieutenant-General V.A. Kudin, the delegates had a tour through the University and presentation on the activities of the university since its establishment. Then a solemn ceremony of signing the Protocol on Cooperation was held, by the end of which the two parties highlighted the necessity of the Protocol of Cooperation with a view to carrying out further mutually beneficial activity.
