10 to 12 May 2016 – The 4^th open championship of the Association of MIA (police) higher educational institutions of CIS member countries was held in the Management Academy of the MIA of RF.

The teams from the RoA Police Educational Complex, the MIA Academy and Mogilev Institute of the Republic of Belarus, the Management Academy of the MIA of RF, the MIA Academies of the Republics of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan were competing in table tennis, chess and weightlifting.

The Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Belarus won the first prize in the chess competition, the second prize was awarded to the Educational Complex and the third prize was awarded to the Management Academy of the MIA of Russia.

In table tennis competition the Management Academy of the MIA of RF won the first prize, Mogilev Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Belarus the second prize, the MIA Academy of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan the third prize.

In the weightlifting competition the Management Academy of the MIA of RF won the first prize, the second and third prizes were awarded to the MIA Academy of the Republic of Belarus and the MIA Academy of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan accordingly.

In the team competition the Management Academy of the Russian Interior Ministry won the first prize. The RoA Police Educational Complex was in the 4^th place.
