Crime is ongoing: by the initiative of the International Cooperation and IT division of Education and Methodical Department of the Educational Complex of Police of RA, it was arranged a lecture on “Domestic violence as a social issue” for the third-year students of Oryol Law institute of MIA of RF, conducted by an Associate professor at the Chair of Criminal intelligence activity and Criminalistics, police colonel A. Sahakyan.
At the beginning of Deputy Head of the Academy, Associate professor, Ph.D. in Law, police colonel A. Hovhannisyan had a welcoming speech. He emphasized the significance of the topic actuality, mentioned that the defective problem must be countered and then speech was given to the Deputy Head of Oryol Law institute, associate professor, Ph.D. in Law, police colonel A. Bilijkin, who also emphasized the significance of lecture topic and mentioned the importance of structural and appropriate ways of countering defective phenomena within law enforcement agencies.
At the end of the lecture, the participants raised and discussed a lot of issues concerning the given topic with appropriate solutions.
