In the frames of strategic plan of the Educational Complex of Police of RA, 2022-2026, and thanks to the international cooperation with the Academy of Volgograd of MIA of RF, on the 8^th of April there was held online training on “Methodology on lecturing, seminars, practical trainings”.

The training was carried out by the associate professor of the Chair of Criminal Law of the Academy of Volgograd of MIA of RF, police colonel Natalya Bugera and Associate professor of the Chair of Philosophy, police colonel Alexei Gulevski.

At the beginning of the meeting, the first Deputy Head of the Educational Complex, police lieutenant colonel Misak Markosyan and the first Deputy Head of Volgograd Academy, police colonel Anna Timofeeva had a welcome speech and wished productive work. 26 lecturers of College and Academy of the Educational Complex of Police of RA participated in the event. The training course was concerning to the modern concepts and opportunities of using education process, as well as programs implemented in distance education technologies.

Associate professor A. Gulevski introduced traditional and creative approaches of teaching, gave special importance to the structuring correlation between lecturer and learner, due to the type of trainings.

Types and characteristics of seminars were observed during the speech.

Associate professor N. Bugera spoke about peculiarities of practical trainings, there were also discussions on the fruitfulness of practice and methods of eliminating the shortcomings.

During the meeting there was carried out active discussions on the methodology of education process.

At the end of the meeting, speakers talked about issues that were interesting to the participants.

The sides were mutually grateful to each other and emphasized that such kind of exchange format is quite productive.
