It was awarded a scientific rank of associate professor to the Head of Scientific works, PhD of Law, police major Artak Mnatsakanyan and Head of the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminology  of the Academy of the Police Educational Complex of RA, PhD of Law, police lieutenant colonel Hripsime Khachatryan.

The order of No. 11A/K of 27.05.2021 by the president of highly qualified committee certified the decision of the 5^th meeting of 08.04.21 of the Educational Complex to award them with scientific rank.
