Joint Session of scientific groups attached to the Academy of Criminal Law and Criminology and Criminal intelligence and Forensic Science
On the 2nd of June, a joint meeting of the 2nd semester of the Academic year 2022-2023 of the scientific group of the Chairs of Criminal law and criminology and criminal intelligence and Forensic Science of the Educational complex of MIA of the Republic of Armenia was held. The topic of the meeting was on: "Criminal characteristics of computer stealing and features of its detection."
Head of the Department for Combating Crimes Committed in the Sphere of High Technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RA, police major Hayk Mkrtchyan was invited to the meeting. He presented peculiarities of cybercrime in the Republic of Armenia, including computer thieveries, their prevalence and development trends, disclosure features.
At the end, H. Mkrtchyan answered all the questions.
