On the 5^th of September, by the initiative of the British Council, a ceremony of awarding certificates was held regarding the completion of English language course for employees of the Educational Complex of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RA. On this occasion, the UK Deputy Defence Attaché to Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Squadron Leader Joanne Roe, British Council Program Coordinator in Armenia Mariam Arzumanyan and Defence Relations Officer at the British Embassy in Armenia Andranik Israelyan visited the Educational Complex of MIA of RA.

       The Head of the Educational Complex of MIA of RA, police colonel Manuk Muradyan in his welcoming speech emphasized the importance of such initiatives, as well as the essence of knowledge of the English language in the modern world, and expressed the gratitude to the British Council and the British Embassy in Armenia. 
       Joan Roe expressed her hope that knowledge of English would be another incentive to improve professional activities.
