On the 9 of December there was held the first meeting of  scientific group within the activities of the Chair of Civil Law and Civil Procedure of the Academy of the Educational Complex of Police of RA. The lecturers and professors of the Chair and group members attended the event. The topic of the scientific group was on “Peculiarities of the procedure for the execution of judicial acts”.  Lecturer of the Chair Lusine Tasalyan greeted to everyone and introduced the main points of execution of judicial acts. Justice colonel and contract-based lecturer of the Chair of Administrative Law and Process A. Harutyunyan had a report on the given issue. Especially, talked about peculiarities of initiating and appealing, ending activities of the proceedings, as well as talked about main issues on examination the cases in a fair, reasonable time by the appropriate structure.
