On the 22^nd of October during the education year 2021-2022 there was held the first meeting of a scientific group on state and law subjects adjacent to the Chairs of State and Law theory, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, Police Administrative activity.

Acting Head of the Chair of State and Law theory, Constitutional Law, police lieutenant-colonel Amalya Safaryan, senior lecturer of the same Chair, police lieutenant-colonel Meri Manukyan, Head of the Chair of Administrative Law, Police Administrative activity, police major Garik Khudoyan, lecturer of the same Chair, police major Abgar Margaryan, researcher of the Scientific works division, police captain Naira Vardanyan, Leading specialist of the Department of Human Rights Protection in the field of Justice of the Human Rights Defender's Office Sophia Zakharyan, Head of Tsakhkadzor Unit of Hrazdan division of Police of RA, police major Zhanna Shahnazaryan.

The theme of the scientific group was about “Equal rights and opportunities of men and women”.  

Leading specialist of the Department of Human Rights Protection in the field of Justice of the Human Rights Defender's Office Sophia Zakharyan had a speech on the given issue. She introduced the role of the Human Rights Defender and spoke about the problems registered by the staff of the Office on women rights.

After presenting scientific materials, the participants raised several questions and received very informative answers.
