On the 10^th of May there was held a meeting at the Hall of the Educational Complex of Police of RA with the students of free and paid based education of Law faculty of the Academy of the Educational Complex on “IRAC as Law based analytical universal method”. The meeting was initiated by the Student Council of the Educational Complex of Police of RA. The leadership staff and professor-lecturing staff of the Educational Complex presented at the event. The actuality is relied on including Law based problem tasks in the final exam tests of the Academy.

IRAC as Law based analytical universal method was introduced to the students by the lecturer of the Chair of Criminal Proceeding, police captain N. Varyan. The speaker talked about practical significance of the law based analytical research, differences of the law based analyses’ methodology in various types of Law families, IRAC methodology structural elements and its expounding peculiarities. At the end of the meeting students were acquainted with the IRAC law based analytical methodology used in the samples of Cassation Court of RA decisions.

The introduced topic was actively discussed among participants.
