“Ognevushka” won in the Pan-Russian literary competition
“The hair was unyielding like glowing fire. The character was also burning. With the same fervency she took out the wounded soldiers from the battlefield, and recited “the Eugene Onegin”, written by Pushkin for the tired soldiers at evenings”, This is a part of the story, named “Ognevushka”, authored by senior lecturer of the Chair of Languages of College of Educational Complex of Police of RA, PhD of pedagogy, police lieutenant colonel Galina Rusakova.
The story won in the Pan-Russian annual literary competition, titled “Heroes of Great Victory-2020”. This is a competition of the best literacy story, essay, historical or military-patriotic poem, which is conducted by the union of Russia’s poets, co-working with the Ministry Defense of the Russian Federation, Ministries of education and culture of RF, Russian State library, “Not secret” publishing house.
It was presented around 16 thousand works, which were selected during three levels.
The story “Ognevushka”, authored by G. Rusakova is dedicated to the memorial of the hero grandmother of the author, Russian Honored teacher Olga Filatova, who participated in the Great Patriotic War, being under the trenches of Stalingrad.
According to the author, Olga Petrovna, the same Ognevushka, was not only honorable and great named teacher, but also was among silent heroes during Great Patriotic War.
