On the 26^th of April there was held the 4^th meeting of the scientific council at the Educational Complex of Police of RA.

As a result of agenda discussion, the scientific council decided to recognize invalid the decision on “Defining contract based lecturers’ salary”, made on the 1^st of October, 2019. Hereinafter, such kind of legal relations will be regulated by the orders of the Head of the Educational Complex, and according to which lecturers’ salary will be higher. The scientific council certified the regulation and education plans of Master degree of Law, College and qualification of “Patrolling” of the Training Center.

As a result of ongoing discussions, it was discussed the possibility through the interceding to the Head of Police in order to recover the previous  student of the Academy of part time education Armen Levon Shahbazyan to the second semester of the first  of the academic year 2021-2022. It was decided to give recommendation for publishing the monograph on “Legal issues of general external and security policy of EU” by the Head of the Chair of Administrative Law and Police administrative activity, PhD of Law, police major G. Khudoyan,  as well as the handbook “Psychology (specialized for law enforcement officers)”, by  senior lecturer of the special preparedness division of the Training Center, PhD of psychology, police lieutenant colonel N. Nazaryan.
