On the 14th of December, there was held the 12th  meeting of the scientific council of 2021 at the Police Educational Complex of RA. As a result of agenda issues discussion, the scientific council decided to make amendments in the regulations of arrangement in Bachelor and Master degree, as well as in the College’s middle vocational education process, according to which it was stated that examination ticket module might contain three issues: course plan sections and one of them would have a form of problem task. On the basis of module peculiarities, instead of the problem, a practical task could be given.

There was made amendment in the Regulation on scholarships, according to which the 8th point of the regulation was declared invalid: “The students, gained scholarship, are received a special certificate”. There were made amendments and supplements in the specialized standards of the Bachelor degree education program on “Law” at “the Educational Complex of Police of RA” SNCO based on the conclusion made by vocational education projects and state education standards audit committee of the Educational Complex of Police of RA, made on the 18th of December, in 2020.

There was made a supplement in the regulation on “Students’ practice arrangement and implementation of the Educational Complex of Police of RA”, as a result of which learners of part-time education, who are appointed on the positions of the middle group, must present an appropriate reference in order to pass pre-graduation practice and any certificate about the workplace.

The scientific council listened to the presented report on evaluation outcomes, concerning to the professor-lecturing staff’s vocational activity of the Educational Complex of Police of RA during 2020-2021, as well as the scientific council discussed the issue to integrate regularly foreign experts in the quality assurance process.

The scientific council’s meeting was summed up with the close, classified vote to award the scientific rank of associate professor to the Head of the middle vocational faculty of College of the Educational Complex of Police of RA, police captain, PhD of Law Vahe Hovik Sayadyan, and it was decided to apply to the Higher Committee of the Qualification of RA in order to award Vahe Hovik Sayadyan with the rank of Associate professor.
