On the 15^th of January there was held the certificate award of the trainers, participated in the Training of Trainers (ToT) concerning to the special tactical preparedness at the meeting hall of Police Educational Complex of RA.

The course was arranged by ICITAP (International Investigative Training Assistance Program) mission, Ministry of Justice of RA and Police Educational Complex of RA. The training course, lasting from the 1^st of December to the 15^th of January, was conducted by patrol officers of State Texas of the USA and Georgia, who had experience exchange with trainer-instructors of patrol service courses. During the certificate award ceremony the Head of Police Educational Complex of RA, police major general M. Babayan expressed his gratitude to lecturers and participants, mentioning that the training course with its high qualification standards is unique by its format and,  in fact, participants are the first in Armenia that have such certificates. For the success realization of the project, M. Babayan expressed his special gratitude to the embassy of the USA to RA, co-workers of the Ministry of Justice and masters coming from the USA and Georgia. Coordinator of the international legal cooperation department, adviser of the Monistry of the Republic of Armenia Amalya Hovsepyan expressed her gratitude to all organizers  of the training course, as well as lecturers. She emphasized the role and importance of reforms within the newly formulated patrol service.

ICITAP (International Criminal investigative Training Assistance Program) mission adviser Tim Donohen expressed his gratitude to the lecturers and trainers-instructors: “To my mind this one demands quite other kind of methodology. I am sure participants involved in this course will show their activity and initiative mind”.

The event was summed up with certificate awards.
